Custom Crating for Maximum Protection

To guarantee the utmost protection for your valuable African Live Edge furniture during transit, every piece will be shipped in a custom-built wooden crate. This specialized crating ensures your furniture is securely protected from potential damage during handling and transportation.

Carrier Handling of Product

We take extreme care in packaging your furniture to withstand the rigors of shipping. However, once a piece leaves our workshop and is in the care of the shipping carrier, African Live Edge Furniture is not responsible for any damage incurred due to carrier handling of the product.

Upon delivery, please thoroughly inspect your shipment before signing for it. If you notice any visible damage to the crate or the furniture itself, it is crucial to note this damage on the delivery receipt with the carrier representative present. If possible, take photographs of the damage. This will be essential for filing a claim with the shipping carrier.

Delivery Timeframes

Once your custom crate is prepared and your shipping is arranged, we will provide you with an estimated delivery timeframe and tracking number. Please note that custom crating and freight shipping can take longer than standard parcel services. We will keep you informed throughout the shipping process.
